Hiro was the most gracious guide/host for our family. He is incredibly kind and thoughtful of our time. He made sure we knew how to navigate through the crowds and find the the best spots for photos. He is well educated and easy to understand and does a lot to make sure we have a good grasp of the history. Hiro is a must guide to have!

We had the pleasure of having Michiko as our tour guide in Nara, and she exceeded all our expectations. Her English is excellent, making communication smooth and easy. She was fantastic with our two kids, engaging them with a fun scavenger hunt game where they used stickers to mark the places we visited. This thoughtful touch kept them entertained and made the tour even more enjoyable. Michiko is one of the best tour guides we've encountered in all our years of traveling to different countries. She was proactive in communicating with me before the tour, discussing the itinerary in detail and offering helpful suggestions for transportation options. Very disappointing experience. Kenjis English is poor and he was absolutely not an enthousiastic guide. Not a lot of explanation and no interest in his guests. We stopped the tour earlier.
Igor-san, I appreciate that you gave me your honest review. I'm very sorry for you that I could not satisfy your expectation this time. I prepare many explanation materials for my guiding and use them while adjusting its volume and timing according to my guests' needs. I misunderstood your expectation this time and used less materials which may make you feel very disappointed.
