We travelled Japan for 3 weeks from Tokyo to Hiroshima via Shikoku and the most memorable part of our trip was the walk of 88 Pilgrimage route with Masami. We also asked her to include the visit to a sake brewery on the way and it was quite interesting. Highly recommendable off-the-beaten-track tour ! Thanks Masami !

lady driver Yamoto san is very punctual and polite. though she couldnt speak English, she made an attempt to call to office to speak to me to confirm the itinerary and time at each location. excellent and reliable service and will use them again in future.

We used four tour guides during our stay in Japan using TripleLights. They were all good but Emi was truly EXCEPTIONAL. She went way beyond the call of duty to spend considerable time of her own to scope out the places ahead of our visit and then stood in line very early to make sure we will have the transportation that was ideal. Sunny was the most conscientious, hard working personal guide we ever had, and we had had the pleasure of over 80 private guides, touring umpteen countries across 6 continents, over the past 20 years. That was no small feat indeed! She spent countless hours prior to our trip, planning and customizing our six days with her, down to the smallest details. She managed to fulfill, within practical and feasible limitations of time and distance, more of the requests on our wish list than we imagined possible, during the short six days.
